At BÄBI Apparel, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing a fair and reasonable returns and refund policy.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

Return Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [contact email] and send your item to our return mailing address.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
